Uneasy on a Sunday morning

Two men will find themselves without a licence after they were caught drink driving in Cobram this morning, Victoria Police say.

Police from Cobram Highway Patrol along with local police were conducting breath tests on Broadway Street when they intercepted a 66-year-old Finley man about 10am.

He returned a positive reading and subsequently blew 0.071 per cent BAC on an evidentiary breath test.

A 54-year-old Cobram man was then intercepted five minutes later and also returned a positive preliminary breath test.

He then blew 0.230 per cent BAC on an evidentiary test.

His ute was also impounded for 30 days at a cost of $1730.
