A 53-year-old Ingham man is currently assisting police with their investigations into an overnight disturbance at an Ingham residence in which a man sustained a stab wound, Queensland Police say.
Police were called to a home around 1.30am where a 35-year-old man was located with a wound to his back. He has been transported to hospital in a serious condition.
Both men are known to each other.
A crime scene was declared at the home and police investigations are continuing.
