Those scheduled to brief the Council are Rosemary DiCarlo, Under-Secretary-General for Political and Peacebuilding Affairs, and Lisa Doughten, Director, Humanitarian Financing and Resource Mobilization Division, Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs.
