Detectives investigating the suspicious death of a man at Deception Bay on Sunday night have charged a second man with murder, Queensland Police say.
Shortly after 11.30pm, police located a 35-year-old man at a Thompson Street address suffering a gunshot wound to the sternum.
The man was pronounced deceased at the scene a short time later.
A 26-year-old Rothwell man was charged with murder on September 4.
He has been remanded in custody to reappear in the Redcliffe Magistrates Court on November 6.
A 28-year-old Scarborough man has this afternoon been charged with murder and is due to appear in Redcliffe Magistrates Court on September 6.
Investigations are continuing.
