Update – Serious traffic crash at Warrill View, QLD

A 76-year-old Warwick man who was involved in a serious, two-vehicle traffic crash at Warrill View on March 27, has died in hospital, Queensland Police say.

At 1am a tow truck and sedan were travelling in opposite directions on the Cunningham Highway when they collided near Charles Chauvel Drive.

The driver of the station wagon sustained life-threatening-injuries and was transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital where he died on March 31, as a result of his injuries.

The 56-year-old male driver of the tow truck and his 26-year-old male passenger were transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
