A woman has died as a result of injuries sustained in a traffic crash in Rockhampton earlier this month, Queensland Police say.
Around 4.10pm on Tuesday, May 9, a female motorcycle rider was travelling along Yeppoon Road when she crashed near ‘access 8’.
The 40-year-old woman from Taroomball was transported to the Rockhampton Base Hospital in a serious condition, where she passed away yesterday.
Forensic Crash Unit investigations are continuing.
