Detectives are appealing for assistance to identify a man following a suspicious fire that occurred in Chambers Flat on July 27, Queensland Police say.
Investigations to date reveal that two vehicles were set on fire around 8.15am at a house on Rossmore Road.
The fire then spread to the house and caused extensive damage to the property and the two occupants of the house, a man and a woman, were treated for smoke inhalation.
Investigators are seeking assistance to help identify the man pictured who may be able to assist them with their enquiries.
He is described as Caucasian with short light brown hair and has a proportionate build.
