Police have charged a second man following an alleged fatal hit and run traffic crash in Bundaberg on April 29.
It will be alleged, about 7.50pm a black Hyundai IX35 and maroon Holden Calais were both travelling at speed along Takalvan Street through Millbank when the Hyundai struck a cyclist.
Both vehicles allegedly fled the scene.
The cyclist, a 34-year-old Bundaberg Central man, died at the scene.
Following investigations, police arrested and charged a 22-year-old Avoca man on May 5.
The 22-year-old man was charged with one count each of dangerous operation of a vehicle causing death, dangerous operation of a vehicle, evasion offence, breach of bail and two counts of learning to drive must be properly supervised-motor vehicle.
His police bail was refused, and he is due before Bundaberg Magistrates Court, today, May 6.
