Urgent search for unidentified man - Broadmeadows

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate an unidentified man, who may have been dispensed incorrect medication in Broadmeadows, Victoria Police say.

At about 5.50pm yesterday the man attended a pharmacy in Pascoe Vale Road, Broadmeadows to obtain medication for a medical procedure.

The medication dispensed was Glycoprep, Aplcoprep and Ducolax.

The dosage is believed to be incorrect and could pose a serious health risk if consumed as per the instructions given to the man.

The man is described as 60-70 years in age, Caucasian with grey hair.

He was last seen wearing black sandals, white shorts, a maroon t-shirt and glasses.

He was seen leaving in a Silver Holden Barina.

Police have released a photo of the unidentified man in the hope someone may be able to identify him.

If you recognise this man, or know of a person undertaking a medical procedure in the coming days that fits the description please contact them and police.
