Police investigating a ram raid at Warners Bay this morning have released an image of a vehicle they are seeking, NSW Police say.
Police from Lake Macquarie Local Area Command were called to a hairdressing salon on Hillsborough Road at Warners Bay after a utility was driven through the front doors about 1.20am today.
Once inside the business, police believe two men have taken hair products then driven from the scene. The business was extensively damaged.
Police are now appealing for anyone who can identify the vehicle depicted. It is described as being a white-colour single-cab utility with a tray back and a black stripe along the bottom of the door.
Anyone with information about the utility or the people involved is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
