UW Board of Trustees to Meet Jan. 13-15 Via Teleconference

The University of Wyoming Board of Trustees will receive updates on a range of topics during the board's regular meeting Wednesday through Friday, Jan. 13-15.

The meeting will be conducted via teleconference.

Among the issues slated for discussion are UW's COVID-19 response; the impact of COVID-19 on research; academic program reorganization, consolidation, reduction and discontinuance; campus housing construction plans; and the annual report from the Office of Research and Economic Development.

Several committees of the board will meet through the day Wednesday, starting with the Honorary Degrees and Awards Committee at 7 a.m.

Thursday's meeting of the full board will begin with an executive session at 7:30 a.m., with the public session slated to start at 10:15 a.m.

Public testimony will be accepted at 11:15 a.m. Thursday. Those wishing to offer verbal testimony should go to www.uwyo.edu/trustees/public-comment/web_form.html to fill out the web form. The deadline is 5 p.m. Monday, Jan. 11.
