Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Vasilios (Bill) Vlahodimitrakos.
The 50-year-old is wanted on warrants for drug and dishonest offences.
Investigators believe he is living in the Moreland area.
Investigators have released an image of Vlahodimitrakos in the hope that someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
