Boroondara Crime Investigation Unit detectives are appealing for public assistance after two cars and a motorcycle were stolen during an aggravated burglary in Balwyn North early this morning.
It is believed unknown offenders entered a residence via a rear door on Sutton Street while five people were sleeping just after 1am.
Once inside, the offenders stole car keys and entered the garage where they stole a 1999 white Nissan GTR coupe, registration 731OHO worth $300K, and a 2022 Kawasaki motorcycle, registration 3D6KA.
They also stole a blue 2013 Subaru coupe, registration ZVX823 parked out on the street.
The victims woke just before 7am and called police when they realised the vehicles were stolen.
Investigators have released images of the stolen motorcycle and the Nissan GTR in the hope someone may know of their whereabouts.
Detectives are keen to speak to any witnesses or anyone that may have been in the area at the time.
