Victoria Police Hunt for Missing Elderly Woman With Walker

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Hawthorn woman Leonore.

The 81-year-old was last seen leaving her Hunter Street nursing home with a walking frame in a northerly direction about 7.20pm last night.

Police and family have concerns for her welfare as she has dementia.

Leonore is described as being about 152cm tall, with a thin child, shoulder-length grey hair and was last seen wearing dark pants, a shirt, light blue cardigan and white runners.

Police have released images of Leonore in the hope that someone can provide information on her current whereabouts.

Anyone who sights Leonore is urged to contact Boroondara Police Station on 8851 1111.
