Vision Super launches mobile app for members

Industry super fund, Vision Super, today announced the launch of a mobile app for members.

CEO Stephen Rowe said that the fund is committed to engaging with members using the member’s preferred channel of communication.

“At Vision Super, we’re always focused on engaging with our members,” Stephen said. “We’re very committed to face-to-face service – last year we saw more than 10,000 members in person, including at 442 retirement seminars and expos. We’re also never more than a phone call away, and last year our Melbourne contact centre staff clocked up more than 70,000 phone calls.

“But we know not everyone wants to meet with us face-to-face, or even call us – and we want to make sure members have the option they want, and can communicate with us the way they feel most comfortable. That’s why we built the Vision Super app - and we have other options in the pipeline that we’ll be ready to announce soon.”

The Vision Super mobile app allows members to fully engage with their super, including quickly checking their balance, accessing previous statements and correspondence, changing investment options, seeing their insurance cover, and updating their personal details.
