Voices for Change Launches in Brisbane

12 Brisbane women have been selected as voices for domestic violence, and will be introduced to the media with the launch of Voices for Change on Sunday 26th of May.

Voices for Change is a national survivor media advocacy project pilot, initiated nationally by Our Watch and implemented locally by Brisbane Domestic Violence Service (BDVS).

The first of its kind in Queensland, the survivor media advocacy project recruits and builds the skills of survivors of domestic violence against women to speak out in the media about primary prevention.
