A man wanted on two outstanding warrants in Sydney has been arrested in the state's Riverina.
Police had been seeking the whereabouts of a 36-year-old man, wanted in relation to driving and drug offences
Following inquiries, the man was arrested in Wagga Wagga last Friday (4 June 2021), and taken to Wagga Wagga Police Station, where he was charged with aggravated take/drive motor vehicle with person inside – armed with weapon, destroy or damage property, drive motor vehicle during disqualification period – second offence, possess prohibited drug, and fraud.
The Wagga Wagga man has been refused bail to appear in Wagga Wagga Local Court on 16 June 2021.
