Air Force Lt. Gen. Dale R. White for appointment to the grade of general, with assignment as direct reporting portfolio manager for Critical Major Weapon Systems Programs. White is currently serving as military deputy, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics, Pentagon, Washington, D.C.
