Southern Metropolitan Divisional Response Unit officers have executed a warrant in Hampton Park earlier this morning, Victoria Police say.
The warrant was executed on the Hampton Park home at 8.30am with police allegedly locating a quantity of cannabis and a substance believed to be methyl amphetamine.
Police have also found chemicals and glassware believed to have been used to allegedly manufacture methyl amphetamine.
A 41-year-old man and a 39-year-old woman were arrested at the scene.
The woman has been released pending further enquiries while the man is assisting police with their enquiries.
The Clandestine Laboratory Squad is attending the address to identify and remove any chemicals and glassware located and to render the property safe.
