Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Anthony Velluto.
A warrant has been issued for the 36-year-old's arrest in relation to theft of motor vehicle offences
Velluto is described as approximately 180cm tall, with a medium build, brown eyes and short hair.
Velluto last resided in Port Melbourne and is also known to frequent the Keilor, Sunshine, Brunswick and South Morang areas.
Police have released an image of Velluto in the hope someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
