Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Joseph Vasiliadis, Victoria Police say.
A warrant has been issued for the arrest of the 42-year-old man of no fixed address in relation to drug related matters.
Investigators have released an image of Vasiliadis in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Vasiliadis is known to frequent the bayside areas of Beaumaris and the foreshore.
Anyone with any information about Vasiliadis is urged to contact Box Hill Police Station on 8892 3200.
