Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Alexander Howe.
Warrants have been issued for the 49-year-old's arrest in relation to fraud offences
Police have released images of Howe in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
He is described as 190cm tall, with a medium to solid build with brown hair and possibly a grey beard.
Howe is known to frequent the Malvern, Chadstone and Murrumbeena areas.
Anyone who sights Howe or has information on his whereabouts is asked to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
