Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Donald Ritchie.
The 33-year-old is wanted on warrant for breaching a court order.
Ritchie is described as Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander in appearance, 180cm tall with a thin build and black hair.
He is known to frequent the Bairnsdale area.
Investigators have released an image of Ritchie in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
