A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Elif Dilekcan.
The 34-year-old is wanted on warrants for fraud and deception offences that occurred in Altona in March this year.
Dilekcan is known to frequent the Sunshine, Broadmeadows and Altona areas.
She is described as 170cm tall with long brown hair with a solid build.
Investigators have released an image of Dilekcan in the hope that someone may have information on her current whereabouts.
