Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Harry Vanleth, Victoria Police say.
A warrant has been issued for his arrest in relation to assault and drug-related offences.
Harry Vanleth, who is also known as Henry, is described as being between 170-175cm tall, with brown eyes, shoulder-length brown hair and usually has prominent stubble.
It is believed that he is travelling around on a black BMX bike, most likely in the Melbourne CBD area.
Vanleth is also known to frequent the Melbourne CBD, Malvern East, Chadstone, Narre Warren and Caulfield areas among others.
Investigators have released an image of Vanleth in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
