Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate John Brassington.
A warrant has been issued the 43-year-old's arrest in relation an alleged trespass incident in West Melbourne last year.
Police have released an image of Brassington in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
Brassington is Caucasian in appearance and about 170cm tall with a medium build, brown hair and blue eyes.
