Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Phillip Curtis, Victoria Police say.
A warrant has been issued for the 31-year-old’s arrest in relation to theft of motor vehicle.
Curtis is described as Caucasian in appearance, short brown hair, 185cm tall, medium build with a fair complexion.
It is believed he may be frequenting the Wantirna, Croydon, Doncaster, Greensborough and Narre Warren areas.
Investigators have released an image of Curtis in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Curtis or has information about his current whereabouts is urged to contact Croydon Police Station on 9724 0100.
