Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Riyce Dines, Victoria Police say.
The 32-year-old has warrants issued for his arrest in relation to a number of offences including criminal damage, drugs and assault.
Dines is described as 180cm tall, medium build, brown hair and brown eyes.
He is known to frequent the Broadmeadows area.
Investigators have released an image of Dines in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Dines or has information about his current whereabouts is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
