Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Roy Remick.
A warrant has been issued for the 55-year-old in relation to stalking offences.
Remick is described as 183cm tall with a tan complexion, short grey hair and facial stubble.
He is known to frequent the Nagambie, Cobram, Wahring, Bentleigh, Bentleigh East and Murrumbeena areas.
Investigators have released an image of Remick in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
