Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives are appealing for public assistance to help locate Sebastian Kennett, Victoria Police say.
A warrant has been issued for the 20-year-old’s arrest in relation to the fatal hit-run collision in Oakleigh on Monday 9 October.
Kennett is of no fixed place of abode and investigators believe he is known to frequent the Oakleigh, Murrumbeena, Chadstone and Hampton East areas.
He is described as being 181cm tall, with a solid build, and medium length brown hair.
He was last seen wearing long shorts, runners and a dark t-shirt.
