Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Stuart Simpson.
The 35-year-old is wanted on warrant in relation to breaching a court order.
He is known to frequent the Cheltenham, Dingley and Keysborough areas.
Investigators have released an image of Simpson in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
