Police are appealing for public assistance to locate Leisa Palmer.
The 37-year-old is wanted on warrants for drug and traffic offences.
Palmer is known to frequent the Bundoora, Ringwood, Croydon and Lilydale areas.
She is described as being Caucasian in appearance, about 160cm tall with a medium build.
Investigators have released an image of Palmer in the hope someone may be able to provide information on her current whereabouts.
