Wheelchair stolen in Craigieburn burglary

Hume Crime Investigation Unit detectives are investigating a burglary in Craigieburn where a wheelchair was stolen.

Investigators believe a man and a woman attended an address in Southern Crescent about 6am on 12 December.

The pair rang the doorbell and when there was no answer they made their way to the rear of the property and broke in.

Once inside the premises they stole jewellery and electronic appliances as well as an electric mobility wheelchair before leaving via the front door.

Detectives have release CCTV and images of two people they believe may be able to assist with their enquires.
