Wilful Damage, Springfield Central

Police have charged a man following an investigation into the alleged wilful damage of vehicles at Springfield Central.

Investigations indicate multiple vehicles at a railway station at Springfield Central allegedly sustained tyre damage between 26 October and 6 November.

The man was arrested after police executed a search warrant at a Springfield Lakes address yesterday 6 November.

An 18-year-old Springfield Lakes man has been charged with eight counts of wilful damage.

He is due to appear at Ipswich Magistrates Court on 7 November.

Investigations are continuing.
