Witness appeal re Ararat burglary

Detectives from the Northern Grampians Crime Investigation Unit are appealing for public assistance following a burglary in Ararat yesterday.

Investigators believe unknown offenders attended a McLellan Street residential address between midnight and 8.30am on 7 January.

The offenders stole the victim's wallet, power tools and electrical items.

Detectives are appealing for anyone who witnessed suspicious activity or may have driven past at the time and have dashcam footage to come forward.
