Inquiries continue into a brawl at a reception centre in Sydney’s south west on the weekend, NSW Police say.
About 12am today, a fight broke out between 25-30 people outside the premises on Belmore Road, Riverwood, which was hosting a wedding reception.
During the melee a passing motorist had his car’s window shattered.
Police arrived and located a 22-year-old man semi conscious with mouth and nose injuries. He was treated at the scene before being taken to Bankstown Hospital.
Witnesses on the scene were uncooperative with police, so police are appealing for public assistance from anyone who witnessed the incident or anyone who has information on those involved.
