Witnesses urged to come forward following aggravated robbery of teenager, NSW

Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward after a teenager was robbed in Bexley North yesterday, NSW Police say.

About 5.50pm today, the 17-year-old girl was at Bexley North Railway Station when she was approached by two unknown females and a male.

One of the females punched the girl, causing her to fall.

The trio fled the scene, taking the girl’s phone.

A short time later a witness located the girl injured and contacted police.

Officers attached to St George Local Area Command attended and commenced inquiries.

The girl did not required treatment for her injuries.

As investigations continue, police are urging any witnesses to come forward and contact local police via Crime Stopers.
