Woman charged over domestic stabbing in Kingswood

A woman has been charged over the alleged domestic related stabbing of a man in Sydney’s west.

About 10.20pm yesterday today, a 33-year-old woman was at a premises on Manning Street, Kingswood, when she allegedly stabbed a 36-year-old man, with whom she has a domestic relationship, in the left shoulder.

Police and Ambulance Paramedics attended and the man was taken to Westmead Hospital for treatment, NSW Police say.

His injury is not life threatening.

The woman was arrested and taken to Penrith Police Station where she was charged with malicious wounding and breach AVO.

She was refused bail to appear at Penrith Local Court today tomorrow.
