Woman charged over wilful damage and threats to police station – Coomera

Police have charged a woman over the alleged wilful damage and threat made to a police station at Coomera in October 2017, Queensland Police say.

It is alleged on October 2, 2017 a glass automatic door was damaged at the Coomera Police Station.

It is further alleged on October 4, 2017 two police vehicles and another glass door panel were damaged at the police station.

On October 9, 2017 it is alleged a fire extinguisher was used and sprayed in the vicinity of the police station.

On October 10, 2017 it is alleged a bomb threat was also made towards the Coomera Police Station.

A 19-year-old woman from Holmview has been charged with three counts of wilful damage of police property and one count each of a bomb hoax, possession of a dangerous drug, possession of utensil, wilful damage and driving while under the influence.

She is expected to face Southport Magistrates Court today.
