A woman will appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court today charged with manslaughter.
On 31 March 2023 police responded to the death of a 51-year-old man at Blakeview. Tragically, the man took his own life.
An investigation was commenced into the cause and circumstances of the death which led to it being declared a Major Crime and referred to Major Crime Investigation Branch.
On 17 December 2025 Detectives from Major Crime Investigation Branch arrested a 34-year-old woman from Renown Park and charged her with manslaughter.
It will be alleged the woman was the domestic partner of the man.
She has been refused police bail and will appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court today.
