Four people have been injured with a woman airlifted to Adelaide in a critical condition, after two cars crashed on a dirt road in the Riverland late today, according to SA Police.
Just after 5pm, a Toyota Camry and a Holden ute collided on Hall Road, about 9km west of Wunkar.
A Riverland woman who was a passenger in the Toyota was airlifted to the Royal Adelaide Hospital in a critical condition with multiple injuries.
The driver of the Toyota and the driver of the ute both men from the Riverland area, received serious chest and leg injuries and were both taken to the Riverland Regional Hospital at Berri.
While a boy travelling in the ute was also taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the head-on crash.
