A woman has died following a crash in Sydney's west.
About 12pm today (Wednesday 30 April 2025), emergency services were called to Palmyra Avenue, Lethbridge Park, following reports of a two-vehicle crash.
The driver of a blue station wagon - a woman believed to be aged in her 70's – died at the scene.
The female driver of a black sedan was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics before being taken to Westmead Hospital for mandatory testing.
An investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash is underway and any witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage is urged to come forward and contact local police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
