A woman has died, following a crash in Toombon this morning.
Officers were told a car travelling along Donnellys Creek Road, left the roadway, veered off a cliff and went into Donnellys Creek, about 10.20am.
The two vehicle occupants a man and a woman were assisted out of the creek by nearby witnesses and were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the car, a woman who is yet to be formally identified, died at the scene.
The circumstances surrounding the crash are yet to be established and the investigation remains ongoing.
