Police are investigating after a woman died when she was hit by a bus today in Redfern, NSW Police say.
Just after 11.40am today, emergency services were called to Cleveland Street at Redfern, following reports that a woman had been hit by a bus.
Police and NSW Ambulance Paramedics attempted to perform CPR on the woman; however, she died at the scene.
Police from Redfern Local Area Command have established a crime scene and are now investigating the matter.
Police are urging motorist to avoid the area as there will be significant delays.
