Just after 10am on Sunday 25 September 2016, a 53-year-old woman was standing near the scrap metal area at a waste and recycling facility on Glen Logan Road, when she was struck by a reversing white Toyota Hilux.

A number of bystanders assisted the woman, including the driver, a 74-year-old man.

The woman was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics before being taken to hospital for treatment of a broken wrist.

Anyone who has not yet spoken to police is urged to come forward.

Police are urging anyone with information in relation to this incident to call Crime Stoppers.
