Police are searching the College Park area after a woman was robbed of her handbag early this morning, according to SA Police.
The woman was standing on Pembroke Street, College Park about 6am on Wednesday 20 June when a man ran up to her, knocked her down and stole her handbag. He then ran to a waiting car and drove off, heading towards Magill Road.
The woman sustained an injury to her head and was taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital by ambulance.
There is little description of the vehicle or suspect, only that he was dressed in dark clothing.
