Police are appealing for information after a body was located in Sydney’s Eastern Beaches, NSW Police say.
About 6am today, officers attached to Eastern Beaches Local Area Command attended Maroubra Beach, following reports a woman’s body had been located by a jogger.
A crime scene has been established and an investigation is now underway.
At this stage, her death is not being treated as suspicious.
Following inquiries, a man believed to be in his 20s, is also believed to be missing and police have commenced a search in the area.
Investigations are continuing.
Police are urging anyone with information in relation to this incident to call Crime Stoppers.
