Woman treated after falling from car in Greystanes

A woman is being treated in hospital after jumping from a moving vehicle in Sydney’s west, NSW Police say.

About 7pm (Saturday 10 February 2018), police and emergency services were called to Greystanes Road, Greystanes, near the intersection with Mavis Street, after reports of a woman aged in her mid 20s falling from a moving car.

The woman was found on the roadway with injuries. She was taken to Westmead Hospital where she is understood to be in a stable condition.

The incident is not being treated as suspicious.

A man who was driving the car, believed to be aged in his 20s, was spoken to police at the scene.

Officers from Cumberland Police Area Command continue to make inquiries into the incident.

Police are urging anyone with information in relation to this incident to call Crime Stoppers.
