WASHINGTON, DC, April 15, 2026 - The World Bank Group today announced the signing of a Cooperation Agreement between the Reserve Advisory & Management Partnership (RAMP) and CFA Institute, establishing a framework for collaboration to advance asset management education, professional training, and research for public-sector and institutional investment professionals worldwide. Representatives of CFA Institute and the World Bank Group signed a cooperation agreement in Washington, DC, formalizing the partnership.

Through this cooperation, the World Bank Group RAMP and CFA Institute will combine their respective expertise to support high ethical standards, professional excellence, and technical capacity in asset management, reflecting a shared commitment to strengthening financial sector development and promoting sound investment management practices globally.

The Cooperation Agreement is non-exclusive and will be in effect for an initial period of two years, with the possibility of extension by mutual agreement.
