A 37-year-old man has been charged following a wounding incident in Inala last night, 12 March.
Just before 11pm police were called to an address in Tamarind Street where it is alleged a 29-year-old man had been stabbed in his finger after disturbing a man trying to enter his house.
A 37-year-old man was located and arrested by Police a short time later in Poinciana Street with a puncture wound to his arm.
Both men were transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
A 37-year-old man from Inala has been charged with acts intend to cause grievous bodily harm, possession of a knife in a public place, possess by night instrument of house breaking, enter dwelling and commit and unlawful possession of suspected stolen property.
He is due to face Richlands Magistrates Court today, 13 March.
